| 摘 要： | 目的探寻附子甘草配伍减毒增效的物质基础。方法采用急性毒性实验、离体蛙心实验,观察附子生物碱与甘草有效部位（甘草三萜皂苷和黄酮）组合对毒性、强心功能的影响。结果附子生物碱与甘草有效部位配伍能明显降低毒性,同时协同增加附子的强心作用。结论附子生物碱和甘草有效部位（甘草三萜皂苷和黄酮）是附子甘草配伍减毒增效重要的物质基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study of the material base of the decreasing toxicity and increasing efficacy of compatibity of aconite with licorice.Methods:From the acute toxicity test and the vitro-body frog heart experiment,the effect of the toxicity and cardiotoinc action in the compatibility of aconite alkaloid and licorice effective fraction were tested.Results:The combination of aconite alkaloid and licorice effective fraction decreased the toxicity and synergistically increased the cardiotonic action.Conclusion:Aconi... |
