摘    要:作者研究了在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵存在下,苯芴酮分光光度法测定锗啤酒中锗的分析方法及最佳条件。该法研究结果表明,锗在1.0—10.0pg/30ml,范围内呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程y=0.0734x+0.0005,T=0.9989,络合物的表面摩尔吸光率为2.66×10~5,变异系数为2.8~7.8%,回收率为90.9—96.3%,应用于锗啤酒中锗的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A method for the spectrophotometric determination of germanium with phenylfuorone and hexadecyltrimethy lammonium bromi die was described, the optimum conditions were established, there was a linear relationship in the range of1.0-10.0ug/500ml for Ge, the regression equation was Y=0.0734X+0.0005, r=0.9989. The apparent molar absorptivity of complex is 2.66x105, the relative errors are +2.8~7.8% and recoveries are 90.0~96.3%. The method has been applied to the analysis of germanium beer with satisfactory results.
