卡前列素栓预防产后出血的临床疗效观察

目的观察卡前列素栓（卡孕栓）用于预防产后出血的临床效果。方法选择正常足月妊娠行剖宫产术产妇140例，随机分为两组，观察组70例于胎儿娩出后立即舌下含服卡孕栓1mg及宫体注射催产素20IU，对照组70例仅宫体注射催产素10IU，比较两组第三产程时间及产后2h出血量。结果观察组第三产程平均时间为8．9min，较对照组缩短4．6min；产后2h内平均出血量150．7mL，较对照组减少97mL。结论卡孕栓具有比催产素更强的缩宫作用，可用于预防产后出血。

Observation on Carboprost Methylate Suppository in Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective To study the effect of carboprost methylate suppository in reducing postpartum hemorrhage after delivery. Methods 140 lying-in women were randomly divided into the observing group（70 cases） and the contrasting group（70 cases）. In the observing group, carboprost methylate suppository 1 mg was sublingually administrated with injection of pitocin 20 IU into uterus body after childbirth, while in contrasting group, pitocin 10 IU was only injected into uterus body. To observe and compare the third birth process time, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage quantity, postpartum hemorrhage occurrence rate after delivery in two groups. Results The third birth process time and 2 h postpartum hemorrhage quantity had significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The postpartum hemorrhage occurrence rate decreased obviously（ P 〈 0.05）in the odserving group. Conclusion The carboprost methylate suppository is a highly effective, simple and safe method in reducing postpartum hemorrhage, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
