FQ-PCR检测HPV基因型的临床应用分析

目的：探讨FQ-PCR检测患者HPV感染病变的临床意义和诊断价值。方法：提取患者分泌物及脱落细胞、赘生物脱落细胞,采用用FQ-PCR方法检测HPVDNA。结果：本组364例患者中确诊HPV感染患者有109例,检出率为29.95%。检测人群年龄为30～39岁,是感染高峰,40岁以后骤然减少（χ2=16.661,P〈0.05）,女性HPV16.18感染率明显高于男性,P〈0.01。结论：HPV在女性生殖道有较高的感染率,是影响女性生殖健康的重要危险因素;FQ-PCR检查,HPV-DNA及电子阴道镜对HPV感染者宫颈检查具有重要价值。

FQ-PCR detection of HPV genotypes in clinical application

Objective：Discussed FQ-PCR to examine the patient HPV infection clinical significance and diagnosis value.Methods：Withdraw the patient secretion and the falls off cell,the neoplasm falls off the cell,uses examines HPV DNA with the FQ-PCR method.Results：In this group of 364 example,patient diagnoses HPV to infect the patient to have 109 examples,picked out rate 29.95%.In examination crowd age when 30 to 39 year old infects the peak,40 year old of later will reduce suddenly （χ2=16.661,P0.05）,the feminine HPV16.18 infection percentage would be higher than the male obviously,P0.01.Conclusion：HPV has the high infection percentage in the feminine genital tract,is affects the female to reproduce the health important dangerous factor;FQ-PCR inspects HPV-DNA and the electronic vaginoscope has the important value to the HPV infected person＇s official neck inspection.
