米非司酮在子宫肌瘤切除术前应用的临床疗效

目的　观察米非司酮辅助治疗子宫肌瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法　将4 2例确诊为子宫肌瘤要求手术切除肌瘤保留子宫的患者分2组。用药组(n =2 2 )术前给予米非司酮12 . 5mg ,po,qd×3mo后入院手术;非用药组(n =2 0 )不服药,月经净后入院手术。2组均在服药前或手术前测量子宫肌瘤体积与手术切除肌瘤标本体积,并测量术中的出血量。结果　用药组肌瘤体积缩小率为4 2 . 5 3% ,非用药组为12. 4 8% ,P <0 .0 1。用药组肌瘤切除术时的出血量为(35 . 7±8 2 )mL ,非用药组为(6 8. 5±14 .8)mL ,P <0 .0 1。结论　口服米非司酮可作为子宫肌瘤切除术前的辅助治疗,可以缩小肌瘤,减少术中出血量。

Clinical observation of myomectomy treated with mifepristone

AIM To observe the clinical effect of myomectomy treated with mifepristone. METHODS Forty-two cases, diagnosed as uterine myoma, were divided into 2 groups. The therapy group ( n = 22) was treated with mifepristone ( 12.5 mg,po ,qd ) for 3 mo before operation and then admitted for operation. The other group (n = 20) was control group which wasn't treated with medicine and was admitted after menstrual flow. The volume of uterus myoma was measured before taking medicine or before operation and the specimen of myomectomy in the 2 group. At the same time, the volume of the bleeding in the operation was measured. RESULTS The minifieation of the volume of uterine myoma in the therapy group was 42.53 %, but it was 12.48% in the control group, P ＜ 0.01 .The bleeding amount in the operation was (35.7 ± 8.2) mL in the former group, but (68.5 ± 14.8) mL in the latter group, P ＜ 0.01. CONCLUSION Taking mifepristone, as secondary therapy in myomectomy, can minify myoma and decrease bleeding in operation.
