| 摘 要： | 目的：提高高血压病人的从医行为及对特定知识的知晓率。方法：根据调查结果，对264例高血压病人进行针对性的健康教育。结果：教育后病人的从医行为明显提高，教育前后比较，P＜0．01，差异有极显著性意义。通过定期随访发现，病人良好的从医行为不随出院时间的延长而降低。结论：实施健康教育可提高病人的从医行为，增强对高血压特定知识的认识，改变不良的生活方式，使血压维持在稳定状态。

| Abstract: | To improve the medical compliant behavior of the patients with hypertension and witting rate to special knowledge.Methods In terms of investigations,Two hundred and sixty-four cases of hypertension were subject to healthy education .Results After education.the MEdical Compliant behaviors were obvionsly im-proved with the difference being very significant (P<0.01).Regular follow-up revealed that good medical compliant behaviors were not changed after leaving hospital.Conclausion Implementation of healtgy education can improve the medical compliant behaviors.learn the special knowledge about hypertension.change bad living habits and maiontaion the blood pressure at a stable state. |
