中医院护理人员的患者健康评估现状

目的了解中医院临床护理人员对患者健康评估的观念、实施现状及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方式对某中医药大学7所附属综合性中医院的338名临床护理人员进行有关患者健康评估的认识、临床开展实际情况及影响因素的调查和分析。结果84．0％（284／338）的护理人员认为患者健康评估对于临床护理工作很重要；护理人员对健康评估重要性的认识不能很好地转变为健康评估的行为，部分护理人员对健康评估作用和内涵认识不清；大多数护理人员认为健康评估知识和技能不足是影响临床开展评估的主要因素，列各种因素的前两位。结论目前中医院临床开展对患者健康评估现状并不理想，主要与护理人员对健康评估认识和内容掌握不够有关。

Current Situation of Health Assessment by Nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals
