摘    要:自主学习能力是人类适应新时代发展的基本能力,关系到主体的竞争力和发展潜力,已经成为世界各国重点关注的教育问题之一。卫生事业管理专业的交叉性和应用性决定该专业学生自主学习能力的重要性。文章以系统自组织原理为基础,针对卫生事业管理专业,初步构建了自组织学习系统模式并开展了对模式实施效果的评价。

Abstract:Self-organizing learning capability is an elementary viability for human to adapt to the rapid development in the new era.It is related to the competitiveness and development po-tential of people and has been turned into one of the most important educational issues around the world.It is important for the students majoring in Health Service Management to acquire the cap-ability of self-organizing learning for the professional characteristics of intersectionality and app-licability.This paper constructs the mode of self-organizing learning system in Health Service Man-agement based on the principle of self-organizing system and assesses the effect of the mode.
