| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制已经在我国职业教育中逐步开展,但在医学职业教育中开展较少。在助产专业中开设现代学徒制试点存在一定的困难与挑战。以助产专业《助产综合实训》为个案,探讨现代学徒制模式下课程改革的具体措施:以岗位核心能力为依据改进教学目标,创建“双师型”教师团队,依据典型工作过程重构教学模块,改革考核评价方式与内容,全面提高学生的综合素养。

| Abstract: | Modern apprenticeship has been gradually developed in vocational education in China,but it obtained minor development in medical vocational education.It is considered diffi-cult to set up modern apprenticeship in the major of midwifery.Taking Comprehensive Training for Midwifery as an example,this paper explores the concrete measures of course reform under the modern apprenticeship mode,including improving the teaching objectives based on the core competence of the position,creating a dual-teacher team,rebuilding the teaching module based on typical working process,and reforming the way and content of assessment.The purpose of all these reforms is to improve the comprehensive quality of students. |
