医护一体化模式对冠心病心功能及睡眠质量分析

目的探讨医护一体化模式对冠心病患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2014年11月-2019年1月我院收治的95例冠心病患者作为研究对象,分为研究组(48例)与对照组(47例),对照组接受基础护理,研究组给予医护一体化模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组心绞痛发作频率(2.90±0.32)次/周、持续时间(2.93±0.72)min、疼痛程度(3.14±0.82)分,相较对照组均明显更少(P<0.05);睡眠时间(0.95±0.21)分、入睡时间(0.88±0.14)分、醒后感觉评分(0.93±0.22)分、睡眠深度(0.92±0.10)分,相较对照组均明显更优(P<0.05);护理满意度为95.83%,相较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论采用医护一体化模式对冠心病患者进行护理可改善其睡眠质量和心功能,且护理满意度高。

Analysis of Heart Function and Sleep Quality in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease by Integrated Medical Care Model

Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical care model on cardiac function and sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 95 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study group(48 patients)and the control group(47 patients).The control group received basic nursing care.The research group gave a medical integration model and then compared the care effects of the two groups.Results The frequency of angina pectoris(2.90±0.32)/week,duration(2.93±0.72)min,and pain degree(3.14±0.82)in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep time(0.95±0.21),sleep time(0.88±0.14),wakefulness score(0.93±0.22),sleep depth(0.92±0.10),which was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing patients with coronary heart disease can improve their sleep quality and heart function by adopting the integrated medical care model,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
