| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在活体供肝移植患者围手术期检查的价值.方法回顾分析8例活体供肝移植患者围手术期(术前、术中、术后)彩色多普勒超声的检查结果及临床情况.结果术前超声发现1例门静脉主干异常;术中超声发现1例肝动脉栓塞;术后超声诊断1例肝静脉吻合口狭窄及1例门静脉吻合口狭窄.结论在活体供肝移植患者围手术期彩色多普勒超声具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significance of color Doppler ultrasound for recipient in living donor liver transplantation in peri- operation. Methods The pre- intra- and post-operation color Doppler ultrasound results of 8 recipients in living donor liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results One case portal vein abnormality before operation, one case hepatic artery thrombosis in operation, one case hepatic vein anastomosis stenosis and one case portal vein anastomosis stenosis were found by color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is important and useful for recipient in living donor liver transplantation in peri-operation period. |
