烧伤并发消化道出血65例分析

目的：探讨烧伤并发应激性消化道溃疡出血的发生原因，发生率及防治方法。方法：对65例烧伤并发消化道出血年龄、性别、烧伤面积、休克复苏情况、消化道出血发生时间、创面感染、早期诊断，进行临床统计分析。结果：大面积深度烧伤，休克延迟复苏，严重感染等因素，是烧伤并发消化道溃疡出血的重要原因。结论：平稳渡过休克期，预防创面感染，利于防治消化道出血。

Analysis of burn complicated by gastrointetinal bleeding in 65 cases

Objective To analyze the cause,ratio,prevention and treatment of burn complicated by gastrointesinal bleeding.Method Sity-five burn cases complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding was analyzed according to clinical statistics on the age,sex,burn area,shock and recovering conditions,the happening time of bleeding,and diagnosis of wound surface infection.Results Burn complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding was mainly resulted from large area of deep burn,delayed consciousness from shock,and serious infection.Conclusion To treat shock effectively and to prevent wound infection are much helpful to prevent and treat gastrointestinal bleeding.
