| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨桥小脑角上皮样囊肿的显微外科治疗。方法采用颞下经幕入路显微手术切除桥小脑角上皮样囊肿29例,枕下入路6例,神经内镜辅助显微手术切除残余肿瘤2例。结果肿瘤全切22例,次全切9例,大部切除4例,无手术死亡。结论桥小脑角上皮样囊肿的手术,选择颞下经小脑幕入路和枕下乙状窦后入路是最常用的手术入路。应用神经内镜探查术野中难以发现的病灶的死角,仍能发现并切除肿瘤残余,提高切除率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the techniques of the treatment for epidermoid with microneurosurgery.Methods The suboccipital and infratemporal transtentorial approachs and endoscope-assisted microneurosurgery were used.Results Total resection was achieved in 22 cases.Little cyst remained in 9 cases and subtotal resection was made only in 4,and had no mortality of all.Conclusion The suboccipital and infratemporal transtentorial approachs are the main approaches for cyst resection.Total resection of the tumors could reduce the incidence of chemical meningitis.Endoscope-assisted microneurosurgery can increase the total-resection rate for tumors. |
