| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用同指中节指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法应用同指中节指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣修复指端缺损17例,其中修复示指13例,中指3例,环指1例；切取皮瓣面积为1．4cm×1．4cm～2．7cm×2．0cm。结果术后皮瓣全部存活,随访2～21个月,平均13．4个月。皮瓣修复后指端外形满意,并渐恢复了保护性感觉；供区无明显畸形,各指间关节功能正常。结论应用同指中节指动脉背侧皮支皮瓣修复指端缺损,避免了指固有动脉的损伤,手术简便,疗效满意。
