| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨白细胞介素 15对嗜中性粒细胞非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法 :以不同浓度IL - 15预处理人外周血嗜中性粒细胞 ,然后检测其各噬能力、杀菌活性的变化 ,同时检测其受LPS刺激的产生活性氧、合成分泌NO及IL - 8的情况。结果 :IL - 15可明显提高PMN的吞噬、杀菌活性 ,并调高PMN受LPS刺激后NO和IL - 8的产量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但活性氧的产量无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL - 15可增强PMN的非特异性免疫功能 ,是一种重要的天然免疫作用分子。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore effects of interleukin-15 on non-specific immunity of human neutrophils. Methods:Phagocytosis and candidacidal activity of those neutrophils pretreated with interleukin-15 in different concentration were detected,and reactive oxygen, nitric oxide and IL-8 produced by those PMN after stimulated with LPS were also determined. Results:IL-15 enhanced the phagocytosis and candidacidal activity of PMN significantly, and up-regulated the NO and IL-8 production of PMN stimulated with LPS but didn't affect the reactive oxygen production. Conclusions:IL-15 can enhance the non-specific immunity of PMN,and will be an important molecule of native immunity. |
