| Abstract: | A HPLC method was developed for the determination of dexamethasone acete in Dexamethasone acete Ointment,using methanol-water(70: 30)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 240 nm,the dexamethasone acete average recovery was 98.8% and RSD 1.36%. |
