燃煤污染型氟病区儿童发中元素分析

摘    要:目的 了解燃煤污染型氟病区人群发中9种元素含量对人体健康的影响。方法 对四川省8个燃煤污染型氟病区和1个非病区儿童头发、农户燃煤及玉米中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Cd、Mo、Al9种元素含量进行检测和对比分析。结果 病区儿童头发中的Ca、Zn、Mo均值较低,Fe、Mn、Cd、Al均值较高;病区儿童发Cd与煤Cd含量有关。结论 提示燃煤污染型氟病区人群除受氟的影响外,还受高镉、低钙、低锌等因素的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the elements contents in hair of people who live in coal-pollution-burned fluorosis area and study the effect of the elements on human's health.Methods Selecting 8 coal-pollution-burned fluorosis areas,and one non-endemic area as control,collecting children's hair,coal and corn to detect contents of nine elements(Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Cd,Mo,Al) and analysing the relations among them on the people's health.Results Compared with those of the control,the Ca,Zn,Mo contents are lower while the Fe,Mn,Cd,Al contents are higher in hair of fluorosis areas group.The concentration of Cd in hair has correlation with the concentration of Cd in coal in fluorosis areas.Conclusions It shows that the fluorosis area is inflluenced not only by higher fluoride content,but also by higher Cd content,lower Ca and Zn contents and other factors.
