补气活血生发酊治疗硫化钠脱毛小鼠模型的药效学研究

目的:本研究拟通过观察侧柏叶、黄芪及红花等配伍制成的临床经验方补气活血生发酊治疗硫化钠脱毛小鼠模型的实验效果,对临床经验方补气活血生发酊的药效进行初步探讨。方法:采用6%的硫化钠建立脱毛小鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为补气活血生发酊生药200 mg/mL组、100 mg/mL组、50 mg/mL组等3个剂量组,另设模型组、溶剂对照组和阳性对照组。1次/d,连续30 d涂抹相应物质后,检测小鼠新生毛发区新生毛长、毛重、毛发生长积分并进行组织学观察。结果:补气活血生发酊各剂量组可明显增加小鼠实验区新生毛发长度、毛发重量、毛发生长积分(P<0.01);毛囊纵切面比较结果显示,补气活血生发酊各剂量组生长期毛囊较多,增生较活跃;毛囊横断面比较结果显示,补气活血生发酊各剂量组毛囊总数和终毛数增多,毳毛数减少(P<0.05)。结论:临床经验方补气活血生发酊对脱发具有治疗作用,可显著增加小鼠脱毛区新生毛发毛长和毛重,可以使毛发生长情况和毛囊数量得到改善,具有促进毛发生长的作用。

Pharmacodynamics of Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture in Treating Model of Sodium Sulfide Hair Removal in Mice

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the experimental effects of Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture in treatingsodium sulphideanimal model with sodium sulphide in combination with cypress leaf,astragalus membranaceus and safflower,etc.The pharmacodynamics of the drug was systematically evaluated.Methods:The model of sodium sulfide hair removal was established with sodium sulfide of 6%.After successful establishment of the model,Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture was used according to 200mg/mL,100 mg/mL,50 mg/mL was divided into three groups.There were blank group,model group,solvent control group and positive control group.The corresponding substances were smeared once a day for 30 days in each experiment group.All mice were killed after measuring the growth points of hair growth,gross weight,hair growth and eye observation and experiment.Study on the pharmacodynamic evaluation of Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture.Results:Each dose group of Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture could obviously increase the length of new hair,the weight of hair and the integral of hair growth in the experimental area of mice(P<0.01).Compared with the longitudinal section of hair follicles,Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture group had more hair follicles and more active hyperplasia in each dose group.The cross-sectional comparison of hair follicles showed that the total number of hair follicles and the number of final hair increased and the number of vellus hair decreased significantly(P<0.05)in each dose group of Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture.Conclusion:Buqi Huoxue Shengfa Tincture has therapeutic effect on alopecia,can significantly increase the hair length and weight of new hair in the alopecia area of mice,improve the hair growth and hair follicle number,and promote the hair growth.
