浅谈中医脉诊信息化研究

目的:基于现代信息化对中医脉诊研究做出现状分析和归纳,为今后的研究提供参考。方法:通过查阅脉诊相关的文献,系统的概括出脉诊目前的研究趋势、研究情况和存在的不足等。结果:分析脉诊信息化研究的热点、主要研究者、脉诊研究中的不足以及实现脉诊信息化的脉象采集、脉象处理、脉象分析的研究情况。结论:目前在脉诊信息化方面的研究中,主要集中于脉诊仪、脉诊系统、脉诊图和脉诊穿戴设备等方面,相比于面诊和舌诊的信息化研究,脉诊这方面的研究还存在不足,主要由于实现脉诊客观化辨证的分类和标准没有统一制定以及脉象的复杂性、模糊性和易受多因素影响等。

A Brief Discussion on Informatization Research of Pulse Diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Based on modern information technology and the research of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the research on pulse diagnosis of TCM in information technology,so as to provide reference for future research.Methods:By referring to the related literature of pulse diagnosis,the current research trend,research situation and shortcomings of pulse diagnosis were summarized systematically.Results:The hot spots,main researchers and shortcomings of the research on pulse diagnosis informatization were analyzed,as well as the research on the collection,processing and analysis of pulse diagnosis informatization.Conclusion:At present,the research on informatization of pulse,mainly focused on the instrument of pulse,pulse system,reveal the figure and the wear of pulse equipment,etc.,compared to the consultation and informatization research of tongue diagnosis,the research of pulse is insufficient,mainly due to achieve the classification of the objectification of pulse syndrome differentiation and standards no unified standard and pulse condition complexity,fuzziness and affected by many factors,etc.
