摘    要:目的提高血站检测前过程的工作效率与血站检测整体的自动化水平。方法引进1台全自动标本处理系统,随机处理本站2019年3-5月采集的13 625人(份)献血者血液标本中的7 121个标本的交接、扫码、离心、冷藏、挑选、开盖、转移载架等环节(全自动化组);同时采用传统手工法随机处理6 504个标本(手工组)。比较2组工作流程各环节的工作方式、工作效率等。结果血站检测前过程各环节实现了全自动化的自动化组较手工组:工作人员(数)为1 vs 2,标本平均查找时间(s)为30±10 vs 120±10,完成1批次平均耗时(min)50±10 vs 60±10。结论全自动标本处理系统的应用使血站实验室自动化检验过程前移,提高了工作效率,促进设备不断升级,更新换代,推动检测全过程自动化的发展。

Abstract:Objective To improve the work efficiency of sample preparation processing before detection, so as to achieve overall automation in blood detection line.Methods A set of fully automatic sample processing system aiming at overall automation achievement in blood detection using blood sampled from blood donors was introduced in our center. Such preparation processing as handover, scanning, centrifugation, refrigeration, selection, lid opening and transfer carrier etc. of 7 121 blood samples randomly selected out of 13 625 blood donors during March to May 2019 were performed by the automatic system(referred as full automation group);meanwhile, 6 504 blood samples, randomly chosen, were handled in a conventionally manual way(referred as manual group). The working mode and efficiency of each workflow between the two groups were compared.Results In the preparation processing before detection, the full automation group is capable of completing a batch more quickly(50±10 min vs. 60±10 min) as compared to the manual group, locating the samples less time-consuming(30±10 s vs. 120±10 s) and achieving labour saving(one staff vs.two staffs). Conclusion The application of fully automatic sample processing system, which improves the working efficiency, pushes forwards the overall automation in blood station laboratory.
