| 摘 要： | 王亿平教授认为慢性肾衰竭钙磷代谢紊乱的病机主要是"脾肾亏虚,湿浊瘀阻",同时针对性地提出了"补脾益肾,利湿泄浊,化瘀通络"的治疗法则。治疗过程中重视湿浊瘀血在本病发病中的作用,在化瘀泄浊基础上,结合补脾益肾之剂,有效改善患者临床症状及实验室指标,从根本上调节钙磷代谢紊乱。

| Abstract: | WANG Yiping believes that the pathogenesis of the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal failure is mainly "deficiency of the spleen and kidney,damp turbidity and stasis".The rules of treatment.In the treatment process,attention is paid to the role of damp turbidity and blood stasis in the onset of the disease.On the basis of removing blood stasis and turbidity,combined with the spleen and kidney agent,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of the patient,and fundamentally regulate the calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder. |
