头针留针下天轨步行训练对脑卒中偏瘫下肢运动功能的影响

目的:观察头针留针下天轨步行训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法:将40例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组、观察组每组各20例。在两组患者均予以常规内科基础治疗和康复治疗的基础上,对照组行头针治疗和天轨步行训练(两者分开进行),观察组行头针留针下天轨步行训练(两者同时进行)。治疗前、治疗4周后分别对两组患者进行Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer量表下肢运动功能评分、FAC功能性步行量表、改良Barthel指数评分。结果治疗前两组患者一般资料及各项功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性,治疗4周后两组患者各项功能评分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头针留针下天轨步行训练能够改善患者的平衡功能、运动功能、日常生活活动能力,利于脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的恢复。

Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Sky Track Walking Training on Recovery of Lower Limb Motor Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

Objective:To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture needle-stayed walking training on the lower limbs of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:40 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group.On the basis of routine basic medical treatment and rehabilitation of the two groups of patients,the control group received scalp acupuncture treatment and sky-track walking training (the two were performed separately),and the observation group received scalp acupuncture and the sky-track walking training (both performed simultaneously).Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated by Berg balance scale,Fugl-Meyer scale lower limb motor function score,FAC functional walking scale,and modified Barthel index score.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in general information and various functional scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05),and they were comparable.After 4 weeks of treatment,the functional scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),And the observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture and walking training under the sky track can improve the patient’s balance function,motor function,and activities of daily living,which is beneficial to the recovery of lower limb motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
