李小娟针药并用治疗糖尿病性腹泻经验

糖尿病性腹泻是2型糖尿病的一种常见并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。李小娟教授是辽宁省名中医,国家第二批优秀中医临床人才,名老中医马智教授学术传承人。从事内分泌病的临床诊治30余年,现任辽宁中医大学内分泌康复科科主任,对该病具有丰富经验以及独到认识。她认为糖尿病性腹泻从病因上来看应以虚立论,肝脾肾兼顾;治疗上应该口服汤剂与开阖六气针并用,临床效果明显,值得推广。
