亚甲蓝局部封闭联合痔瘘洗剂熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒症临床疗效观察

目的:探讨亚甲蓝混合液联合中药痔瘘洗剂对治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例肛门瘙痒患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例;2组患者均予以亚甲蓝混合液于肛周行局部封闭治疗,治疗组术后第2d予以中药痔瘘洗剂坐浴,对照组应用温水坐浴,连用14天。观察2组治疗总有效率、肛门瘙痒症状以及生活质量。结果:经治后,治疗组有效率95.0%,对照组有效率85.0%,差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05);2组治疗后的肛门瘙痒症状及生活质量均较前改善,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔瘘洗剂联合亚甲蓝封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症能有效缓解临床症状、改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Methylene Blue Partial Closure Combined with Hemorrhoid Fistula Lotion Fumigation on Pruritus ani

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of methylene blue mixture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid fistula lotion in the treatment of anal pruritus.Methods:80 patients with anal itching that met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group;both groups were treated with methylene blue mixture for local perianal closure treatment,and the treatment group was 2 days after surgery They were given a sitz bath with Chinese medicine hemorrhoid and fistula lotion,and the control group was given a sitz bath with warm water for 14 days.Observe the total effective rate of treatment,anal itching symptoms and quality of life in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,and the effective rate of the control group was 85.0%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the symptoms of anal pruritus and the quality of life after treatment in the two groups were improved compared with before,and the treatment group Significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemorrhoid fistula lotion combined with methylene blue blocking treatment of anal pruritus can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
