补肾活血汤配合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:探究补肾活血汤配合冲击波对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:选择60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组(30例/组),研究组采用口服补肾活血汤配合体外冲击波治疗,对照组单用冲击波治疗,治疗28d。治疗28d后观察两组视觉疼痛评分指数(VAS)、日本骨科协会功能障碍评分(JOA)、中医病证诊断疗效、治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)以及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:①治疗28d后,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)较治疗前均降低,其中治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);功能障碍评分(JOA)较治疗前均升高,其中治疗组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);中医病证诊断疗效均有改善,其中治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,两组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),其中研究组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)结论:补肾活血汤配合体外冲击波可能通过帮助抑制炎症因子(如TNF-α、IL-6等)来减轻患者疼痛,促进恢复腰部功能进而治疗腰椎间盘突出症。

Therapeutic Effect Observation of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with shock wave on lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Method:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups (30 persons/group).The study group received oral Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the control group received shock wave therapy alone for 28 days.After 28 days of treatment,the visual pain score index (VAS),the Japanese Orthopedic Association dysfunction score (JOA),the diagnostic efficacy of TCM disease,the serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) were observed after 28 days of treatment.)Level.Results:①After 28 days of treatment,the visual analogue scores (VAS) of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment.The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the dysfunction scores (JOA) were all higher than those before the treatment.The score of the group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the diagnostic efficacy of TCM disease and syndrome was improved,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).②After treatment,the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment (P<0.05),and the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<00.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with in vitro shock wave may help suppress inflammatory factors (such as TNF-α,IL-6,etc.) to relieve pain in patients,promote the restoration of waist function,and treat lumbar disc herniation.
