中药熏洗法治疗多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变临床研究

目的:研究中药熏洗法在多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变治疗中的临床疗效。方法:将50例确诊多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变的患者随机分为两组,每组各25例。对照组仅予以常规营养神经治疗,观察组在营养神经基础上应用中药熏洗法治疗,经一个疗程(15d)的治疗后,评估两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者在临床症状、体征和神经传导速度上均有不同程度的好转,观察组总有效率96%,对照组为总有效率84%,观察组的临床疗效要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗法再治疗多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变上具有显著的临床疗效,在常规营养神经基础上应用中药熏洗法所取得的临床疗效比仅予以常规营养神经治疗效果更佳,值得应用推广。

Clinical Study of Chinese Herbal Fumigation in the Treatment of Multiple Myeloma Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing method in the treatment of multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Fifty patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was only given conventional nutritional nerve treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of nutritional nerves.After a course of treatment (15 days),the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The clinical symptoms,signs and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups of patients improved to varying degrees.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84%.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing method has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy.The clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing method on the basis of conventional nutrient nerves is better than that of only conventional nutrient nerve treatment.It is worthwhile application promotion.
