基于文献回顾谈功能性便秘与中医体质的关系

中医体质学说认为,不同体质的人对相应的某些疾病具有易感性。功能性便秘又称单纯性便秘、习惯性便秘。该病以排便困难、排便周期延长为主要临床表现,属于中医"便秘病"范围。目前对该疾病的治疗尚存在药物依赖、复发率较高等问题,因此针对个体的便秘疗法有待推广。该文结合中医对便秘病的病因、病机认识,以及中医体质学说相关理论对不同体质的认识,以期通过体质辨别、体质调理更好地指导中医治疗。

Relationship Between Functional Constipation and Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Discussed based on the Previous Literature

The constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that people of different constitutions are susceptible to certain diseases.Functional constipation is also called simple constipation and habitual constipation.The main clinical manifestations of the disease are difficulty in defecation and prolonged defecation cycle,which belongs to the scope of "constipation" in traditional Chinese medicine.At present,the treatment of this disease still has problems such as drug dependence and high recurrence rate.Therefore,the treatment of constipation for individuals needs to be promoted.This article combines Chinese medicine’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of constipation,as well as the understanding of different physical constitutions related to the theory of Chinese medicine constitution,in order to better guide Chinese medicine treatment through physical discrimination and physical conditioning.
