| 摘 要： | 马骏教授针对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机特点,结合自身近五十多年临床经验,提出了“和法”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。“和法”是两种对立治法的合用,通过“调寒热,调虚实,调肝脾,调升降,调润燥,调气血”而恢复脾胃正常的生理功能。该文从“和法”的内涵与治疗特色等方面来阐述马骏教授运用“和法”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎之临证经验。

| Abstract: | In view of the pathogenesis characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis,professor ma jun proposed the“harmony method”for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on his clinical experience of nearly 50 years.“He method”is a combination of two opposite treatments,which can restore the normal physiological balance of spleen and stomach through“regulating cold and heat,regulating deficiency and consolidation,regulating liver and spleen,regulating lifting and lowering,regulating run dryness,regulating Qi and blood”.This article describes professor ma’s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from the perspective of its connotation and therapeutic features. |
