自然地理环境与新型冠状病毒肺炎发病的相关性探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情因其发病急、传染性强、传播速度快、隐匿性强、影响范围广的特点,已经引起了国内外的高度关注。世界卫生组织(WHO)宣布将此疫情列为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。中医将COVID-19疫情归属为湿邪为主的“疫病”范畴,认为“疫者,感天行之疠气也”。该文从全球COVID-19疫情初期高发地区的自然地理环境入手,结合患者的临床表现及病邪性质,进一步探讨COVID-19的病机并分析自然地理环境与COVID-19之间的关系。

Correlation between Natural Geographical Environment and the Incidence of COVID-19

From the end of Jihai to the present,the new crown pneumonia(COVID-19)epidemic has attracted high attention at home and abroad due to its rapid onset,infectiousness,rapid transmission,strong concealment and wide range of influence.The World Health Organization(WHO)has declared this outbreak a public health emergency of international concern.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies the COVID-19 epidemic as a“epidemic”category that is dominated by wet evils,and believes that“the epidemic also feels the anger of the sky.”This article starts from the natural geographical environment in the high incidence areas of the early COVID-19 epidemic in the world,combined with the clinical manifestations and the nature of the disease,further explores the pathogenesis of COVID-19 and analyzes the relationship between the natural geographical environment and COVID-19.
