参芪固肾汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子及血液流变学指标的影响

目的:观察参芪固肾汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:选取我院收治的108例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用参芪固肾汤。连续治疗12周。比较两组中医证候疗效,比较两组血清炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)]、血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度)、血糖、血脂水平、肾功能指标肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]。结果:观察组中医证候疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血糖水平明显低于对照组,血脂水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Scr、BUN、UAER水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用参芪固肾汤能够抑制炎症反应,改善血液流变学状态和肾功能指标,改善糖脂水平,疗效良好。

Effect of Shenqi Gushen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Gushen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors and hemorheology in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 108 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Gushen Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Continuous treatment for 12 weeks.To compare the curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups,compare the serum inflammatory factorsC-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8)],hemorheology indexes (whole blood high Shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity),blood glucose,blood lipid levels,renal function indexescreatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),urine albumin excretion rate (UAER)].Results The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the blood lipid level was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of Scr,BUN and UAER in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Shenqi Gushen Decoction in patients with early diabetic nephropathy can inhibit inflammation,improve blood rheology and renal function indicators,and improve glycolipid levels with good curative effects.
