| 摘 要： | 《针灸甲乙经》是我国医学史上最早的、最为完备的针灸学专著,受到各代针灸医家推崇。痉之一证,为临床中常见症状,诸多疾病皆可见痉证伴随。全书对于痉证记载内容丰富,取穴明确,治疗颇具特色,故对于《针灸甲乙经》中痉证选穴及治疗特点的探究,可以为临床提供相关治疗思路。该文则通过整理《针灸甲乙经》痉证条文,对其进行归纳总结,方便临床工作者读阅的同时为痉证临床治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | A-B Classic Acupuncture and Moxibustion is the earliest and most complete monograph on acupuncture in the history of Chinese medicine,which is highly praised by various generations of acupuncturists.Spasm is one of the most common clinical symptoms.Many diseases can be accompanied by spasm.The book has a rich records of spasm syndrome,clear acupoint selection,and distinctive treatment.Therefore,the research on the acupuncture point selection and treatment characteristics of spasm syndrome in acupuncture and moxibustion can provide relevant treatment ideas for clinical practice.This article summarizes the spasm syndrome and summarizes them,which is convenient for clinicians to read and provide reference for clinical treatment of spasm syndrome. |
