从脾论治桥本氏甲状腺炎及其并发症

脾虚是桥本氏甲状腺炎发生的根本原因,因脾虚所生之痰、瘀不仅是桥本氏甲状腺炎病程中的病理产物,也是导致桥本氏甲状腺炎伴发症状最重要的病理因素,伴随着疾病的发生发展。从脾的病理生理,桥本氏甲状腺炎的病变发展,脾虚与免疫及桥本氏甲状腺炎的关系以及应用益气化痰活血法治疗进行论述,提出从脾论治桥本氏甲状腺炎及其并发症,以期为桥本氏甲状腺炎及其并发症的中医药治疗提供参考。

Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and its Complications from Spleen

Spleen deficiency is the root cause of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,phlegm and blood stasis caused by spleen deficiency are not only the pathological products in the course of Hashimoto's thyroiditis disease,but also the most important pathological factors leading to complications from Hashimoto's thyroiditis,with the occurrence and development of the disease.This paper discusses the physiology and pathology of the spleen,the pathological development of the Hashimoto's thyroiditis,the relationship between spleen deficiency and immunity and Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and the therapy of invigorating Qi,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation.It is suggested that Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its complications should be treated from the spleen in order to provide reference for the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its complications with traditional Chinese medicine.
