方朝晖运用益气活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变经验

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最为常见而又严重的并发症之一,病情迁延难愈。中国古代对此并无统一病名,后世根据其“痛”“麻”“瘀”等特点,将其归“痹证”,故称“消渴痹证”。目前针对DPN的治疗临床上尚无法根治,早期诊断、加以控制可延缓病情发展。吾师方朝晖教授系安徽省中医院代谢内分泌科主任。安徽省中医药科学院中医药防治糖尿病研究所所长,国家中医临床研究基地重点病种糖尿病学术带头人,擅长将中医八纲辨证与脏腑辨证有机结合,治疗糖尿病及其并发症。吾师根据其气阴两虚,瘀血阻络是DPN发生的病理基础,瘀血既是病理产物,又是致病因素,以其不同程度贯穿于DPN整个病程的始终。基本病机为气阴两虚,瘀血阻络的特点,运用益气活血法,标本兼施,气血同治,标本兼治,具有益气活血、通络止痛之功。

Clinical Experience of FANG Zhaohui in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by Yiqi Huoxue Method

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common and serious complications of diabetes,and the disease is protracted and difficult to heal.In ancient China,there was no unified name for this disease.Later generations classified it as“Arthralgia”based on its characteristics such as“pain”,“numbness”,and“stasis”,so it was called“Xiaokebi syndrome”.At present,the treatment of DPN cannot be cured clinically.Early diagnosis and control can delay the development of the disease.FANG Zhaohui is the director of the Department of Metabolic Endocrinology,Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes,Anhui Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences,and the academic leader of key diabetes types in the National Clinical Research Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He is good at organically combining the eight outlines of traditional Chinese medicine and organs to treat diabetes and its complications.According to my teacher’s deficiency of both Qi and yin,blood stasis blocking the collateral is the pathological basis of DPN.Blood stasis is both a pathological product and a pathogenic factor.It runs through the entire course of DPN to varying degrees.The basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of both Qi and yin and blood stasis to block the collateral.Using the method of replenishing Qi and activating blood,treats both the symptoms and the symptoms,the Qi and blood are treated at the same time,and the symptoms and roots are treated at the same time.
