| 摘 要： | 目的探讨连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)的护理。方法在1999年1月至2001年5月期间对18例急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)和多脏器衰竭(MSOF)患者，利用CRRT治疗，做好防止出血、感染、管路阻塞等并发症的护理。结果CRRT抢救患者成功，无并发症。结论做好CRRT护理是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing care of continuous renal respite traetment. Method From Jan 1999 to May 2001, 18 ARF/MSOF patients survived successfully through CRRT in our hospital. During operation, good nursing care was practised in order to prevent complications such as hemorrhage, infection and occlusion of blood access. Results All patients survived successfully without complications. Conclusion Good nursing is very important for CRRT. |
