100例尘肺患者血液流变学指标观察

本文报道１００例尘肺患者血液流变学９项指标，并与１００例健康人 对照。结果表明：红细胞压积、全血粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血 沉、血沉方程 Ｋ值、血小板粘附率均显著高于健康对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），并与病变程 度及合并乙型肝炎者呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。红细胞电泳速度显著比健康对照组慢 （Ｐ＜０．０１），并与病变程度及合并乙型肝炎者呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明尘肺病人 血液粘滞性、浓稠性、聚集性、凝固性增高，对尘肺患者的诊断与疗效考核具有参考 价值。

OBSERVATION ON THE HEMORHEOLOGICAL INDEXES OF 100 CASES ANTHRACOTIE TUBERCULOSIS CASES

Reported are nine indices of hemorheological chnges in 100 cases of anthracotic tu-berculosis. The results showed erythrocyte, blood viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, plasma viscos-ity, K value of the equation for erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and platelet adhersive are all in-creased above those of the healthy (P<0. 01), and have positive Correlations with paethological changes and patient' complicated with B hepatitis (P<0. 01). The erythrocyte electrophoresis rate was lower than that of the healthy (P<0. 01), and has negative correlations with pathological changes and patients complicated with B hepatitis (P<0. 01) Above data show the increase of the viscosity, density, aggregation, and coagulation in the patients are of great value to the diagnosis and curative effect check of anthracotic tuber culosis.
