中国健康老年前期男性血沉参考值与地理因素的关系

为制定中国健康老年前期男性血沉参考值（温氏法）的统一标准提供科学依据，收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年前期男性血沉参考值，并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究，发现海拔高度是影响健康老年前期男性血沉参考值最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，健康前期男性血沉参考值在逐渐的减小，相关性很显著，用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程，如果知道了中国某地的地理因素，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的健康

RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN REFERENCES VALUES OF ESR WINTROBE FROM CHINESE HEALTHY EARLY OLD MEN AND GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS

In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value of ESR (wintrobe) standards Chinese healthy early old men, a research is made about relationship between the reference value of ESR from Chinese healthy early old men and five geographical factors, which are determined by the way of wintrobe lows. It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value(wintrobe) of ESR of the Chinese healthy early old men. As the altitude increase gradually, the ESR decrease, the correlation is quite obvious. Applying the method of mathematical regerssion analysis, one regession equation is given out. If geographical index values are obtained in some area the ESR reference value(wintrobe) of this area can be reckoned using regression equation. Furthermore according to the similarity of the ESR reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese healthy early old men ESR, taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution, China can be divided into six regions Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast ,North and Northeast region.
