C—erbB—2癌基因与雌激素和孕激素受体在乳腺癌中的对比研究

采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化染色对２００例乳腺癌进行Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２，ＥＲ和ＰＲ测定，结果发现：（１）ＥＲ阳性１１２例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性１８例（１６．１％），ＥＲ阴性８８例中Ｃ－，ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性５７例（６４．８％）；ＰＲ阳性１０２例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性１６例（１５．７％），ＰＲ阴性９８例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性５９例（６０．２％）；（２）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性率与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移有关，随访４年以上。

COMPARISON OF C-erbB-2 ONCOPROTEIN WITH ER AND PR IN BREAST CANCER

Breast specimens from 200 patients were stained for the C-erb-2 opeoprotein, estrogen receptors(ER) and progestin receptors(PR) by the Avidin-Biotin Peroxidase-complexs(ABC) immunohistochemistry method. the results showed that 1 ) C- erbB-2 was positive in 18 cases(16.1%) among 112 ER positive, 57 cases(64.8%) among 88 ER negative; 16 cases(15.7%) among 102 PR positive and 59 cases(60.2%) among 98 PR negative; 2) C-erbB-2 positive rates were correlated to tumor size and involvement of lymph nodes. During 4-5 years follow-up period 24 among 75 cases with C-erbB-2 positive preseoted with recurrences(32%), whereas, 13 among 125 cases with C-erbB-2 negative recured(10.4%). this difference as significant(P<0.01). These results indicate that breast cancer patients with ER and PR positive, C-erbB- -2 nngative have a better prognosis than those with ER and PR negative, C-erbB-2 po- sitive. Therefore, the simultaneous measurement of ER, PR and C-erbB-2 has the advan- tages for taking clinical therapy and estimating prognosis of breast cancer.
