食管鳞癌P53基因蛋白与肿瘤细胞周期的研究

本文采用免疫组织化学，免疫电镜和流式细胞术（ＦＣＭ）的方法，研究食管鳞管Ｐ５３基因蛋白的表达与肿瘤细胞周期的关系，观察Ｐ５３基因蛋白在细胞超微结构内的定位，结果显示，１１１例食管鳞癌中４８例Ｐ５３蛋白阳性，总阳性率为４３．２％，其中低分化鳞癌的阳性率高达７７％。根据ＦＣＭ测定，二倍体鳞癌，Ｐ５３表达阳性率为１８％（２／１１），非整倍体鳞癌为５９％（２２／３７），细胞增殖指数（ＰＩ）在Ｐ５３表达阳性

Study on tumor cell proliferating cycle and p53 oncoprotein of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus

The FCM, immunocytochemistry and immunoelectromicroscope were used to study the relationship between the cell proliferating cycle and p53 oncoprotein. Positive expression of p53 gene was detected in 48 of 111 cases(43.2%) and the positive rates of those with poor differentiation were as high as 77%. Cellular DNA content were analyzed by flow cytometer in total 48 samples of squmous cell carcinoma of esophagus. The results showed that the positive rate of p53 oncoprotein was 59% (22/37 cases) in DNA aneuphoidy measured by the DNA index,whereby 18% (2/11 cases) in DNA diploidy, and PI increased markedly in cells with positive p53 oncoprotein expression. The result suggested that the p53 oncoprotein might be used as an independent marker for prognosis of malignant tumor.
