| 摘 要： | 目的观察组织因子（TF）对奥沙利铂抑制人胃癌细胞侵袭及诱导其凋亡的影响。方法采用已成功转染TF-pcDNA3重组体（实验组）及空载体pcDNA3（对照组）的人胃癌细胞株SGC7901,与奥沙利铂共同孵育。采用Transwell小室观察细胞侵袭能力,采用比色法检测Caspase-3活性,采用Annexin-V/PI双染色法检测细胞凋亡率。结果与对照组比较,实验组细胞侵袭能力增高,Caspase-3活性及细胞凋亡率降低,P均〈0.05。结论TF表达增高可降低奥沙利铂对胃癌细胞体外侵袭力的抑制作用,减弱奥沙利铂诱导的细胞凋亡。
