他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮疗效观察

目的观察0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、单盲及平行对照的临床研究方法分组观察比较0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊与单用0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏或单用丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮的疗效和安全性。结果0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊、单用0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏及单用丹参酮胶囊后8周的有效率分别为91．3％、61．9％及55．0％，0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊疗效显著优于其它两组（P〈0．05）。各组间不良反应发生率无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论0．1％他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度面部寻常痤疮疗效好，不良反应少，有很好的耐受性。
