一次性手动式宫腔处置器具用于终止早孕的临床研究

目的:探索并验证一种终止早期妊娠的安全可靠、简便易行手术方法的临床效果。方法:选择妊娠10周内要求终止早孕的健康妇女300例,随机分为2组。研究组采用医用高分子复合材料制造的一次性手动式多用途宫腔处置器具(简称手动式)终止早孕;对照组采用常规负压吸引术终止早孕。结果:研究组与对照组相比,进宫腔手术次数、吸出组织物、手术出血量均无明显差异;但孕龄≥57天受术者手术出血量,研究组4.76±2.20ml,对照组9.21±7.05ml,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。对照组负压吸引术(74.7％)较研究组一次性手动式手术(27.3％)更易操作,受试者疼痛程度,两组相似。结论: 一次性手动式多用途宫腔处置器具用于终止早孕,是一种安全、可靠、简便且较为易行的手术方法。

A Clinical Study of One - off Manual Vacuum Aspiration (MVA) for Terminating Early Pregnancy

Objective: To explore and testify a new safe, effective, simple and easy method to terminate early pregnancy. Methods: 300 women with first trimester pregnancy and asking for abortion were randomly divided into two groups. The study group used one - off manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) made from medicinal macromolecule complex material to terminate early pregnancy, while the control group used regular vacuum aspiration. Results: There was no significant difference in times of entering uterine cavities during operation, amount of tissues aspirated and amount of bleeding between the study group and the control group. However, bleeding amount of women with more than 8 weeks of gestation (≥57 days) was 4.76 + 2, 20m in the study group and 9.21 +7.05ml in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups( P<0. 01 ). Regular vacuum aspiration was relatively simpler than MVA. The women of beth groups had similar pain scores. Conclusion: One - off MVA for terminating pregnancy is safe, reliable and effective.
