| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨团体心理治疗对精神病患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例住院精神病患者分为两组，每组45例。两组均接受精神科常规治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合团体心理治疗。观察8周。于治疗前后采用生活质量综合评定问卷评定患者的生活质量。结果治疗8周末，研究组生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论团体心理治疗能有效提高精神疾病患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influences of group psychotherapy on quali-ty of life of schizophrenics .Methods Ninety hospitalized psychosis patients were assigned to two groups of 45 ones each .Both groups received psychiatric routine treatment and nursing ,on this basis research group was plus group psychothera-py for 8 weeks .Qualities of life were assessed with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 （GQOLI-74） before and after treatment .Results At the end of the 8th week each dimension score of the GQOLI-74 were all significantly higher in research than in control group （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Group psychothera-py could effectively improve quality of life of patients with mental disorders . |
