| 摘 要： | 目的研究电针灸加低周波治疗对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。方法回顾2011年10月-2013年10月脑卒中患者90例，按随机数字表法分成实验组50例（电针灸加低周波治疗），对照组40例（单纯电针灸治疗），比较两组治疗效果。结果①运动功能评分：实验组高于对照组【（76．320±17．781）分vs（55．477±16．356）分，P〈0．05】；②生活能力评分：实验组高于对照组，两组差异显著（67．289±15．311）分vs（53．509±14．355）分，P〈0．051。结论电针灸加低周波可有效改善脑卒中患者运动功能，提高其生活能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of low-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment plus hmb function in s.troke patients. Methods 90 patients with stroke from October 2011 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to a random num- ber table is divided into the experimental group, 50 patients （plus low-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment）, the control group Of 40 patients （pure electric acupuncture）, comparing two treatment group. Results ① The motor function score： experimental group was higher （76.320 ±17.781） points vs （55.477±16.356） points, P〈0.05]; ② viability rating： experimental group was higher, the difference was significant （67.289±15.311） points vs （53.509±14.355） points, P〈0.05]. Conclusion The low-frequency elec- tro-acupuncture plus effective in improving motor function in stroke patients, improve their life skills. |
