心理治疗联合度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

目的：探讨心理治疗联合度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及安全性。方法将84例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组，每组42例。两组均口服度洛西汀治疗，研究组在此基础上联合心理治疗，观察8周。于治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8周末，研究组显效率为72．5％、总有效率为85．0％，对照组分别为50．0％、65．8％，研究组显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组（χ2＝4．17、3．90，P＜0．05）；两组各项不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论心理治疗联合度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效显著，安全性高，优于单用度洛西汀治疗。

A control study of psychotherapy combined with duloxetine in generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To examine the efficacy and security of psychotherapy com-bined with duloxetine in generalized anxiety disorder （GAD） .Methods Eighty-four GAD patients were randomly assigned to two group of 42 ones each .Both group took orally duloxe-tine ,on this basis research group was plus psychotherapy for 8 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before and after treatment .Results At the end of the 8th week ,obvious and total effective rate were respectively 72 .5% and 85 .0% in research and 50 .0% and 65 .8% in control group ,the former were significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =4 .17 ,3 .90 ;P〈0 .05） . Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with duloxetine has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single duloxetine in generalized anxiety disorder .
