42例慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸的护理

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸的护理方法和效果。方法选取我院收治的42例慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组21例采用常规护理，观察组21例采用针对性护理。结果观察组21例患者经有效的护理干预后，20例（95.2%）患者得以治愈，1例（4.8%）高龄患者，临床症状以及体征均未有明显改善，气胸症状也没有消失，没有出现死亡。对照组治愈率为76.2%，无效率为4.8%，和观察组相比差异显著（P〈0.05），两组在死亡率方面差异不显著（P〉0.05），观察组住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论通过密切观察病情，做好胸腔闭式引流术后护理和心理护理可以有效提高慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸临床治愈率，促进患者尽快康复。

Nursing care of 42 cases of chronic obstructive emphysema combined with spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of chronic obstructive emphysema combined with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods In our hospital 42 cases of chronic obstructive emphysema combined with spontaneous pneumothorax as research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 21 cases in the control group received routine nursing care, observation group of 21 patients with nursing. Results 21 cases in observation group were treated by effective nursing inter-vention, 20 cases （95.2%） were cured, 1 cases （4.8%） of elderly patients, clinical symptoms and signs were not significantly im-proved, pneumothorax symptoms also disappeared, no deaths. The control group cure rate was 76.2%, no efficiency is 4.8%, and the observation group compared with significant difference （P〈0.05）, the two groups had no significant difference in mortality （P〉0.05）, the observation group was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through close observation, do a good job af-ter closed drainage of pleural cavity nursing and psychological nursing can effectively improve the chronic obstructive emphysema combined with spontaneous pneumothorax in clinic cure rate, promote the patient recover as soon as possible.
