长期住院精神病患者合并慢性病现状调查

目的：探讨长期住院精神病患者合并慢性病的状况。方法采用自行设计调查表对连续住院时间≥2 a的181例精神病患者合并慢性病状况进行调查分析。结果本组患者男性贫血、血脂异常患病率显著高于全国男性患病率（P＜0．05）；女性糖尿病患病率显著高于全国女性患病率（P＜0．05）；男女总体贫血、血脂异常患病率显著高于全国患病率（P＜0．05）。恶性肿瘤、脑卒中有年轻化倾向；脂肪肝、胸腔积液、胆囊病变、良性肿瘤、甲状腺功能异常患病率较高。结论长期住院的慢性精神病患者合并慢性病及多种疾病共病现象较为普遍，应引起临床医生的高度重视。

Investigations of the current status of chronic diseases compli-cated by long-term psychiatric inpatients

Objective To explore the status of long-term psychiatric inpatients complicated by chronic dis-eases .Methods T he current status of chronic diseases complicated by 181 psychiatric patients hospitalized over two years was investigated and analyzed with self-made questionnaire .Results Male anemia and dys-lipidemia prevalence of the patients were significantly higher compared with nationwide men （P〈0 .05） ,so was female diabetes （P〈0 .05） ,and so were men and women total anemia and dyslipidemia （P〈0 .05） . Malignant tumor and stroke had a tendency to young ;the prevalence of fatty liver ,hydrothorax ,gallblad-der disease ,benign tumors and thyroid dysfunction was higher .Conclusion Concurrent chronic disease and comorbid phenomenon of varied diseases are more universal in long-term psychiatric inpatients , to w hich attention should be paid by clinicians .
