情绪技能训练对男性酒依赖患者住院戒断态度及依从性的影响

目的：探讨情绪技能训练对男性酒依赖患者住院戒断态度及依从性的影响。方法将94例男性酒依赖住院患者随机分为两组，均予以成瘾科常规药物治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合情绪技能训练。观察2周。采用自知力与治疗态度问卷评定自知力与治疗态度。结果治疗2周末，两组自知力与治疗态度问卷评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．01），研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）；研究组治疗依从性较治疗前有显著改善（P＜0．01），对照组虽有所改善，但差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论对男性酒依赖患者在药物治疗的基础上予以情绪技能训练，能显著提高患者的治疗依从性。

The influences of emotional skill training on hospitalization withdrawal attitude and compliance of male alcohol depend-ence patients

Objective To explore the influences of emotional skill training on hospitalization withdrawal attitude and compliance of male alcohol dependence patients .Methods Ninety-four male hospitalized alco-hol dependence patients were randomly assigned to two groups ,both groups received routine pharmaco-therapy and nursing for addiction ,on this basis research group was plus emotional skill training for 2 weeks .Insight and treatment attitude were assessed with the Insight and Treatment Attitude Question-naire （ITAQ） .Results At the end of the 2nd week the ITAQ score of both groups was significantly higher compared with pretreatment （P〈0 .01） ,so was that in research than in control group （P〈0 .01）;compli-ance of research group improved more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0 .01） ,that of control did somewhat and difference was not significant （P＆gt;0 .05） .Conclusion Emotional skill training could no-tably improve treatment compliance on the basis of pharmacotherapy for male alcohol dependence patients .
