摘    要:为适应新医改及优质护理服务需求,满足患者就诊需要,提高患者满意度.我院采取优化门诊服务流程,开展分时段诊疗及多种途径的预约挂号、建立并完善门诊医生工作站及护士电子分诊叫号系统等手段,在门诊量持续增加的基础上,门诊患者满意度保持提升态势.提示患者就医量不断增长,患者对门诊服务需求越来越高,医院服务只有不断改进与创新,体现以人为本,方能满足患者需要.

Abstract:To adapt to the quality nursing care service requirements of the new medical reform,meet the needs of patients and increase the satisfaction of the patients,our hospital took many methods such as applied optimize service process in out-patients,carried out time-phased treatment and various appointed registration approach,established and improved doctor workstation and number calling triage system.On the basis of increasing out-patient volume,the patients' satisfaction remain a promoting state as well.This indicated that accompany with the increasing of out-patient volume,the needs of patients on the service quality would be increase more,our hospital should learn to improve and innovate continuously,reflect the theme of patients first,which could meet the requirements of the patients.
