艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的：探讨艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例抑郁症患者按入院顺序随机分为两组，每组60例，均口服艾司西酞普兰治疗，在此基础上研究组联合小剂量喹硫平治疗，观察8周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表总分均较治疗前显著性下降（P＜0．01），同期研究组较对照组下降更显著（ P＜0．01）；治疗8周末，研究组显效率85．0％、有效率98．3％，对照组分别为56．7％、88．3％，研究组显著高于对照组（χ2＝11．66、4．82，P＜0．05或0．01）。两组不良反应均轻微，治疗各时段副反应量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好，显著优于单用艾司西酞普兰治疗。

A control study of escitaloperam combined with small-dose quetiapine in the treatment of depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of escitaloperam combined with small-dose quetia-pine in the treatment of depression .Methods A total of 120 depression patients were randomized to two groups of 60 ones each ,both groups took orally escitaloperam ,and on this basis research group was plus small-dose quetiapine for 8 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and adverse raections with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） .Results The HAMD total scores of both groups lowered more significantly after treatment compared with pre-treatment （P〈0 .01） , so did that in research than control group in the corresponding period （P〈0 .01）;at the end of the 8th week ,obvious effective and effective rate were respectively 85 .0% and 98 .3% in research and 56 .7% and 88 .3% in control group ,the former was significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =11 .66 ,4 .82 ;P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild and there were no significant group differences in the TESS scores in each period （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion Escitaloperam plus small-dose quetiapine takes effect more rapidly and has an evident effect ,higher safety and better compliance compared with single escitalop-eram in the treatment of depression .
