医患沟通技巧课程在口腔医学临床教学应用的效果评价

目的 探索适合口腔医学临床教学的医患沟通技巧实践课程培养模式.方法 以案例分析、角色扮演、录像观摩及现场实践为课程形式,从2010年9月至2014年3月在口腔医学临床教学中开设医患沟通技巧实践课程.在教学实施后,对68名学生进行问卷调查.结果 85.3％的学生认为自己具备了用语言和患者沟通的能力.79.4％的学生认为医患沟通实习课程提高了临床沟通意识,52.9％的学生认为培养了对患者的理解和关爱.95.6％的学生认为课程应选用多种形式相结合.结论 在口腔医学的临床实践中开展医患沟通技巧实践课程,有助于提高口腔医学临床实践中的医患沟通能力.课程形式应选用包括角色扮演、录像观摩、案例分析等多种形式相结合的模式.

Application of Doctor-patient Communication Skill Course in the Clinical Teaching of Stomatology Department

Objective To explore the training mode on doctor-patient communication in stomatology students. Methods Course forms such as case analysis, video observation and field practice were used, then set up the doctor-patient communication skill course in the teaching of stomatology students from 2010 to 2014. Questionnaire survey was conducted among 68 students after the teaching practice. Results 85.3% thought they had acquired the communication ability with patients by words, 79.4% thought the course improved their clinical Communication awareness, 52.9% students thought it was helpful for the cultivation of understanding and care to patients, and 95.6% of the students thought that the course should use a combination of various forms. Conclusions The implementation doctor-patient communication skill course in the clinical teaching of stomatology department could be helpful for the improvement of communication ability in stomatology clinical practice. The course should choose various forms combination including role play, video observation, case analysis and so on.
